• How do I earn points from online orders?

Members will need to scan their receipts through the mobile app after picking up any online orders. If you are missing your receipt from your online order please reach out to pluckers@pluckersclub.com for assistance.

• How many members can earn points on a table?

All Pluckers Club members at a table can earn points.
However, the members who did not check in will need to scan their receipt to earn points. The member who checked in will receive the points for all unscanned receipts.

• I checked in. Do I need to scan my receipt?

No. Only members who did not check in need to scan their receipt to earn points. The member who checked in will receive the points for all the receipts that are not scanned by another member.

• Is there a limit to the number of checks I can earn points on?

Yes. Members may scan up to 8 receipts from one table.

• How soon after my visit do I need to scan my receipt to receive points?

If you are the member who checked in, you do not need to scan your receipt. If you did not check in, you have until 4 AM to scan your receipt to receive
points for your visit. After 4 AM, you will no longer be able to scan your receipt and earn points for your visit. If you are scanning multiple receipts, you have 30 minutes after you scan the first receipt to scan the remainder of the receipts. 

• When do my points get added to my account?

Members who check in will earn their points overnight. Members who scan their receipts will earn their points immediately.

• I scanned my receipt, but I received an error message that says the check is not available yet.

This error message means that there is an internet interruption with the point of sale system at the restaurant. Once you’ve scanned your check, the information is saved in the system and you will receive your points overnight.

• Where is my Pluckers Club special? I had it when I visited Pluckers earlier today, but now it’s gone.

Pluckers
Club specials may be redeemed once per day. Once the special is redeemed, it
will not be available again until the next day.

• I have more than three kids.

Each membership grants the birthday reward for up to three children.

• Why can’t I earn points when paying with a gift card?

The reason that we do not give rewards when paying
with a gift card is because the points have already been awarded to the person who purchased the gift card. If we were to give rewards on visits paid for with
gift cards, we would actually be giving a reward twice on the same purchase. Therefore, we grant the rewards when the gift card is purchased, not redeemed.

• How long is my birthday reward available for?

Paid Pluckers Club Members may redeem their birthday reward within 7 days of their actual birthday. Pluckers Club Lite members must redeem their reward on the actual day of their birthday.

• Where is my reward? I didn’t use it, but it’s gone.

Rewards will only appear on your app when they are available to use. If a reward is expired, it will no longer be visible on the app.

• When do I get credit for a completed challenge?

Members who check in will earn their points for a completed challenge overnight. If a member scans their check with the mobile app, the completed challenge points are granted immediately.

• I didn’t get 100 points for sharing 20 badges and earning the Social Media Savvy badge.

The Social Media Savvy badge rewards points each time a badge is shared rather than
all at once. Members immediately earn 5 points each time a badge is shared on social media, up to 20 badges.

• My friends received their points but I didn’t get mine.

If you are the member who checked in at the host stand, you will earn your points overnight. Members who scan their receipts will earn their points immediately.

• If I checked in, can I still scan my receipt?

Sure, but it’s not necessary.
